People on the move – 28 July 2014Brookfield Multiplex promotes Anthony Duarte; Colliers International announces Paul Tutt as head of its residential project marketing team in Sydney’s west; James Kennedy is set to join JLL; and Richard Wiseman joins Amicus Interiors.Anthony Duarte has been promoted to the position of regional director NSW at Brookfield Multiplex after 18 months as head of New Business, during which time he led the cost planning, submissions, programming and planning teams.Colliers International has announced it is establishing a residential project marketing team in Parramatta to satisfy demand for quality new apartment living. Last week the company confirmed it will appoint marketing expert Paul Tutt to lead the team. He previously worked in project marketing for CBRE.JLL has bolstered its Consulting & Advisory Services platform by appointing James Kennedy as a director. Kennedy has three years’ experience working at KPMG in Real Estate Advisory Services and has strong credentials in the state and federal government consulting space. Kennedy will join JLL’s Sydney office in August.Interior fit-out firm Amicus Interiors has hired Richard Wiseman as its new project director for Queensland. He brings to the role substantial experience in sales, construction and refurbishments, having worked in both Australia and the UK.Wiseman worked as a sales consultant and project manager at BSF Shopfitters while the company was the preferred fit-out contractor for Westfield in Queensland. He subsequently moved to Priority Building, where he oversaw the completion of 14 fit-outs at the Da Vinci Business Park project, including Mitsubishi, Ericsson, Baskin-Robbins and Pierlite.
