Knight Frank has a new director, CBRE grows its team, Clearstate appoints a new general manager and a new chief takes over the reins of the Lighting Council.

Knight Frank Australia has appointed non-executive director Naseema Sparks (pictured) to its board. Sparks has more than 16 years’ directorship experience in a diverse range of industries, from technology, non-profit to professional services, including Sydney Living Museums and Camp Quality.

CBRE has welcomed Lee Berry to its metropolitan investments team in Brisbane. Berry joins the team from CBRE London, where he worked as a surveyor with office leasing.

Steve Barlow has joined development company Clearstate as its new general manager. Barlow has previously worked with Mirvac and Stockland.

The Lighting Council has appointed Richard Mulcahy as its new chief executive. Mulcahy, a former member of the ACT Legislative Assembly, replaces Bryan Douglas who was at the helm for nearly a decade.

Real estate agency Century 21 has appointed Ben Braysich as its new national manager for in-house home loans.
