People on the move – 26 September 2014Michael Lenarduzzi leaves AV Jennings to help grow Places Victoria’s portfolio of urban renewal projects; and Nikki Robinson is appointed to lead the national Real Estate practice group at Clayton Utz.Former AV Jennings executive general manager Michael Lenarduzzi has joined Places Victoria in the role of general manager, New Business Development.Lenarduzzi has more than 30 years’ experience in property, having recently held the position of CEO of The Wave Muscat, a US$4-billion tourism joint venture between the Majid Al Futtaim group and the Government of Oman.At Places Victoria he will be responsible for overseeing feasibility work for new projects, planning, design and marketing. Places Victoria CEO Gregory Anderson said Lenarduzzi brings strong networks across industry and government to his new role.Nikki Robinson has been appointed to lead the national Real Estate practice group at Clayton Utz.
