Knight Frank undertakes a senior management restructure, with Guy Bennett moving to Melbourne. Young gun Ayisha Boaden joins AVID Property Group and Savills bolsters its Asian service with three key appointments.
Knight Frank has undertaken a senior management restructure as it focuses on institutional sales and bolsters its east coast presence. Guy Bennett (pictured), the joint managing director in South Australia, will relocate to Melbourne to take on a new role as partner and head of institutional sales for Victoria and SA. Bennett won the Property Council’s SA ‘Property Professional of the Year’ award earlier this year. Bennett previously worked with Charter Hall. Lukas Weeks will take the reins as head of agency in SA, working alongside joint managing director Bobbette Scott.
AVID Property Group has strengthened the team at the company’s flagship development, Harmony on the Sunshine Coast, with the recent appointment of Ayisha Boaden. As assistant development manager, Boaden will be responsible for overseeing infrastructure obligations and financial modelling. Formerly assistant development manager at Economic Development Queensland, Boaden also managed a 52-lot project for Horizon Housing valued at $8.5 million.
Ming Li, Glenn Ye and Jessie Du join Savills to bolster its Asian services in Melbourne. Li was formerly head of Asia markets with Burgess Rawson, and will assume a senior executive role. Ye, also taking on a senior executive position, was previously responsible for Asia services with Beller Commercial. Administrator Du moves over from Melbourne Real Estate. More than half of all Savills Melbourne’s sales volume over the last five years was sourced from Asia.
