Dana Nelson will lead Spotless, Deborah Coakley is set to oversee funds management at Dexus and Scott McCrossin takes on project and development services at JLL Australia.
Dana Nelson (pictured) has been appointed chief executive officer and managing director of Spotless, following the resignation of Martin Sheppard. Nelson has been chief operating officer of Spotless since July 2015. Sheppard, who took the reins in November 2015, has elected to pursue other opportunities following the recent Downer takeover.
Deborah Coakley will take on the role of executive general manager of funds management, at Dexus from 1 January 2018. Coakley replaces Graham Pearson, who leaves Dexus after 12 years to pursue new opportunities. Coakley has been a member of the Dexus executive team for more than four years and has broad experience outside the property sector, having previously worked as a partner at Deloitte and as an Australian director of NASDAQ listed consulting firm.
JLL Australia has promoted Scott McCrossin to the role of managing director of project and development services. McCrossin has held a national operations manager role at JLL since 2008. Prior to JLL, McCrossin worked at John Holland, Lendlease and Estate Property
Savills Australia has appointed Ben Parkinson as its new Victorian state director for capital transactions. Parkinson has spent nine years at Coles Property in capital transactions and liquor before taking the reigns as head of investment management.
Matt Gay has been appointed chief technology officer for the Ray White Group. Gay moves into the new role after two years as the company’s head of digital.
