Richard Seddon joins Mirvac to take on its industrial business, Knight Frank’s national project management and building consultancy expands with key appointments, Claire Moran and Richie Holligan, and Ed Wright moves to RPM.

Mirvac has appointed Richard Seddon (pictured) as its new general manager in charge of its industrial business. Seddon moves from Goodman, where he has been senior development manager since 2011. Seddon will be responsible for the investment performance and development strategy for Mirvac’s $873 million industrial portfolio.

Knight Frank’s national project management & building consultancy is expanding, as Claire Moran is promoted as head of the division in Queensland. Moran was previously a director for the division in New South Wales. Richie Holligan moves from Knight Frank’s Sydney office to Brisbane to take on the role of associate director for the division in Queensland.

Ed Wright joins RPM real estate group from CBRE, where he was head of development site sales. Wright spent the last two years as head of CBRE’s development site sales division, managing a team of eight and transacting more than $2.2 billion.

Chris Skarlatos will be at the helm of the new Laing+Simmons Rosebery, when it opens its doors in January. Skarlatos is formerly of Ray White.
