Experienced advisor Michelle Guido joins the Property Council as its new regional director for the Illawarra, while Savills and Cushman & Wakefield both bolster their teams.
Michelle Guido (pictured) has joined the Property Council as the new regional director for the Illawarra. Guido moves over from Sydney Water where she spent eight years working within corporate public affairs, most recently as a senior advisor on media and government relations. Guido has also led the development of NSW cabinet submissions on a range of policy matters and initiatives.
Savills Australia has welcomed a new director, Stephen Newsham, to help lead its industrial and business services division in Victoria. Newsham has more than 30 years’ experience in real estate and moves over from Colliers International, where he helped negotiate some of the city’s largest industrial leases.
Cushman & Wakefield has expanded its Brisbane office leasing team by appointing Peter Dodd and Billy Miller as directors, and Coen Riddle as negotiator. Dodd, as head of office leasing in Brisbane, will lead the team of seven agents. The trio have negotiated significant transactions in the Brisbane market over the past two years, including SW1 South Brisbane, 66 Eagle Street and 348 Edward Street.
