Knight Frank appoints a new head of prestige residential, CBRE expands its Victorian development site team, while EMCO Building promotes its general manager to chief executive.
Knight Frank has appointed Deborah Cullen (pictured) to head up its new prestige residential sales division in Australia. Cullen joins the firm from Colliers International, and brings with her sales executive Richard Sholl.
CBRE has expanded its Victorian development sites team with the appointment Jimmy Tat, Leon Ma and David Silcock. Tat and Ma take up roles as senior negotiators after 5 transactions between them over the past eight years with Ray White. Silcock joins as agency practice manager.
Brett Wilkins will head up the sales and property advisory division at Ray White Commercial in Perth, after moving on from Lease Equity.
EMCO Building has promoted general manager Ron Keogh to chief executive. Meanwhile Julian Timmins has been appointed WA state manager for Badge Constructions, making him one of the construction sector’s youngest leaders.
