Crowder has worked with the Property Council for the past seven years, most recently as NSW director, Marketing & Business Development responsible for the NSW division’s commercial activities. She previously held marketing and business development roles with AFTRS, NSW Department of Premier & Cabinet, and Serco Gardner Merchant, as well as co-owning a modern Italian restaurant in Darlinghurst.Nik Karalis is Woods Bagot’s group new managing director and CEO. The interior designer and masterplanner has been with Woods Bagot for more than 20 years. Outgoing group managing director and recently-appointed executive chairman Ross Donaldson says Karalis’ proven achievements and future vision for Woods Bagot will stand the company in excellent stead.Cottee Parker Architects has made three internal promotions – Naveen Dath to equity director and Meg White and Dee Passenger to the role of associates. Prior to joining Places Victoria, Bikakis was Australia and New Zealand Finance director at PPG Industries.DTZ has appointed commercial leasing executive Chas Keogh to the position of director of Office Leasing, Victoria. Keogh has over a decade’s experience in commercial property with a particular focus on office leasing, most notably with CBRE Office Services where he held a number of senior positions in New Zealand, Sydney and, more recently, in Melbourne as state director – Office Services, a position he held for two years prior to his most recent role as leasing manager – Property Services at RMIT University.
