People on the Move – 14 February 2017CoreLogic’s chief steps down, Frasers Property Australia boosts its retail ranks, Adelaide Airport appoints a new executive general manager and a former Property Council president takes on a new role.After 11 years at RP Data and CoreLogic, Graham Mirabito has announced his intention to step down from the role of chief executive officer in April. During his time at the helm, Mirabito grew the business tenfold. He leaves to pursue an “innovative, high growth opportunity”.Chief Executive Officer International Frasers Property Australia’s retail business is expanding with the appointments Joanna Russell, formerly of Coles, and Tim Moore from Vicinity Centres. Russell, who joins Frasers Property as general manager in charge of retail development, has played a role in a number of high-profile retail acquisitions, including Kellyville Plaza, East Village and Surry Hills Shopping Centre. Moore, who takes up the newly-created role of general manager of retail leasing, has overseen leasing of various major retail redevelopments including Cranbourne Park and The Glen in Victoria, as well as Bankstown Central and Warriewood Square in NSW.James Sangster has taken up the position of executive general manager property at Adelaide Airport. Sangster was most recently senior property manager for family-owned Peregrine Corporation, which owns service stations and convenience stores in South Australia.Matthew Quinn steps into the role of chair at Class Limited, a cloud software provider for accountants and advisers. Quinn joined the Class board in July 2015 and was previously managing director of Stockland. He was national president of the Property Council from 2003 to 2005.
