People on the move – 14 April 2015The World Green Building Council (WorldGBC) has announced it has appointed Terri Wills as its new CEO.Wills assumes the position from her current role as director of Global Initiatives with the C40 Cities Climate Leadership Group. That role has required her to oversee the restructure of the Clinton Climate Initiative cities technical assistance program and lead the development, fundraising and implementation of the network strategy.Prior to that, Wills served as the London City director for the Clinton Climate Initiative and worked with the Government of Ontario on clean technology development.”We’re delighted to welcome Terri as our new CEO,” said WorldGBC chairman Bruce Kerswill. “Terri’s experience and drive will take us to the next level, boosting the services we offer our members, increasing our global impact, and driving the change to sustainability in built environments globally.”Wills will take over from former CEO Jane Henley on 1 June. JLL has announced that Alan McKay has been appointed as new Victorian manager for its Project & Development Services Division. McKay will lead a team of Melbourne-based specialists with experience working on major refurbishment and development projects for large occupier and investor clients. McKay has been with JLL since 2008, working in London and Sydney with corporate clients such as ANZ, Westpac, Suncorp, Tabcorp, Amazon and Holiday Inn. He replaces Andrew Read, who will take up the role of solution development director in Brisbane.Norton Rose Fulbright has announced that insurance lawyer Mark Attard has joined as a partner in Melbourne. Attard has particular expertise in professional indemnity insurance, having acted for Australian and London market insurers and cover holders across a range of industries.
