Humphreys has more than 15 years experience in freehold and business sales and venue leasing. He can count the freehold sales of The Press Club, Hobsons Bay Hotel and Market Hotel among the transactions he has helped to broker. He recently leased and finalised the launch of the much-anticipated Munich Brauhaus in Melbourne’s South Wharf for Sydney-based Urban Purveyor Group.CBRE Group has acquired specialised project management firm Paragon Project Management in a bid to strengthen its corporate and real estate services in the Pacific region. Twenty-six employees will be integrated with CBRE’s existing Project Management division to form an operation that will be 70-strong. Paragon founder Ian Rea will lead the integrated CBRE Project Management team with help from senior staffers Scott Jackman, Geoff Warren and Adam Currall.Planning and economic consulting firm MacroPlan Dimasi has announced it will open an office in Adelaide. Founder and executive chairman Brian Haratsis said he is excited about harnessing the opportunities for economic growth presented by SA. The new office will be led by Nathan Paine and Matt Clemow, both currently directors of Property and Consulting Australia.
