Construction law specialist Adam Wallwork joins legal firm Thomson Geer, Simone Dalley moves to Cushman & Wakefield, and Craig Shepherd is appointed director of infrastructure and urban renewal with PwC.
Thomson Geer has appointed Adam Wallwork (pictured) as a new partner in its property and construction team. Wallwork specialises in procurement and construction law, with particular expertise in the negotiation and administration of major construction projects. Thomson Geer has almost 100 partners and 0 staff operating around Australia.
Global commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has strengthened its Australian capital markets platform with the appointment of Simone Dalley as director of capital markets in Brisbane. Dalley joins the firm following six years with LaSalle Investment Management during which time she was regional director and fund manager of the LaSalle Australia Core Plus Fund.
Craig Shepherd has moved on from the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage in Western Australia, where he was director of strategic infrastructure and planning, to take up a new role with PriceWaterhouseCoopers as director of infrastructure and urban renewal.
