Ford has extensive property industry experience and was previously the managing director and head of DB Real Estate Australia, where he managed more than $10 billion in property funds. Zoe Ferrari is strengthening CBRE’s Canberra office leasing team after being appointed associate director. The Pacific head of CBRE’s office leasing team, Andrew Tracey, said the ownership structure is shifting in Canberra, with a higher number of institutional landlords demanding a more sophisticated, strategic approach to client management.
