Cate Harris will act as group head of sustainability for Lendlease, Sam Boer joins REA Group’s Smartline and Amena Reza is appointed to retirement living community Starts at 60.

Having completed a secondment as the acting executive director at the UN Global Compact Network Australia, Cate Harris returns to Lendlease to act in the role of group head of sustainability and oversee the Lendlease Foundation, with responsibility for both functions across the business globally.

Sam Boer has joined REA Group’s Smartline mortgage broking franchise service as chief executive officer. REA group, which owns realestate.com.au, acquired an 80.3 per cent stake in Smartline last year. Boer joins Smartline after serving as general manager of third party banking for Commonwealth Bank Australia.

Amena Reza has joined online community Starts at 60 as its chief operating officer. Reza was previously the CEO and CFO of architecture firm ML Design, a role which she held until January this year. Reza sits on the Property Council’s retirement living committee in Queensland.
