People on the move – 13 May 2015Minter Ellison appoints Adrian Rich as special counsel; LaSalle Asia-Pacific founding member Ian Mackie relocates from Singapore to Brisbane; and Hyder appoints Rob Dagnall as business leader.Adrian Rich joins Minter Ellisons’ Real Estate practice in Brisbane from Herbert Smith Freehills. His portfolio includes work on real estate transactions for leading institutional property owners and developers and for companies in the energy and resources, aviation and retail sectors. LaSalle Investment Management has announced that international director Ian Mackie has relocated from Singapore to Brisbane. Mackie is a founding member of the LaSalle team in Asia-Pacific and has spent almost 21 years in Singapore.Mackie recently took on the role of ‘Strategic Partnerships’ in Asia-Pacific, a LaSalle global initiative that aims to assist large global investors to make direct investment in real estate assets around the world utilising the company’s established platforms.Advisory and design consultancy Hyder has appointed Rob Dagnall as business leader of the Building Services Group for the Australia Pacific region. He joins the firm from his previous role as MEP and Specialisms leader and technical director at AECOM.The projects that Dagnall has contributed to include: Children’s Hospital, Brisbane; Qatar Petroleum Precinct, Qatar; New Street Square, London; and Siu Ho Wan Depot, Hong Kong.
