Paul Blackburne wins 2016 40 under 40 Award 

The Property Council would like to congratulate Paul Blackburne, who took the title of 1st Amongst Equals 2016 at the Business News 40 under 40 Awards.

Blackburne is widely recognised as a leading developer of high end apartment buildings in WA.

Notably, in 2013, Paul helped to establish the Child Protection Unit in collaboration with Cambodian Children’s Fund, a charity organisation that aims to provide education and support to lift families out of poverty.

The Property Council would like to congratulate Paul for this outstanding achievement.
