In 2022, the Retirement Living Council welcomes Patricia Pascuzzo as National Policy and Stakeholder Manager – Retirement Living, having joined us in mid-January on a three-month contract.

Patricia comes to the RLC with considerable policy and advocacy experience in the areas of retirement incomes, superannuation, taxation and housing policies. Her recent focus has been advising on policy development and impact investment relating to housing supply, affordability, and homelessness.

The experience that Patricia brings is something that positions her strongly to not only continue but build upon the work that the RLC has undertaken in recent years.

She has a track record in developing new ventures, advising on stakeholder outcomes and bringing together diverse interest groups to achieve policy and advocacy outcomes. Her ventures include founding the Committee for Sustainable Retirement Incomes and Customer Stewardship Alliance.

We know with great confidence that Patricia will be able to use these skills to work effectively alongside the RLC membership and the wider Property Council of Australia retirement living membership to deliver strong advocacy outcomes.

As an investment consultant she has advised superannuation funds, institutional investors, and government investment funds. She has also held strategic roles at the Future Fund, Mercer, Australian Treasury, and ASX.

Her role within the RLC team will allow her to draw on her experience to engage with retirement living stakeholders and develop and advocate policy positions that will help position the sector for future success.
