Oxley PDA

Economic Development Queensland (EDQ) declared the former Oxley School as a Priority Development Area on 10 August 2018, the second Brisbane area to be declared a PDA that day.

Approximately 19.28 hectares have been declared under the PDA, which will allow for a streamlined development process and accelerated delivery.

The PDA is located close to Oxley railway station, the PDA border is by Cliveden Avenue to the North, Blackheath Road to the east, Seventeen Mile Rocks Road to the South and bushland to the west.

EDQ is currently in the process of preparing a development scheme for the area, and while this is finalised, any development within the PDA will be regulated under the Interim Land Use Plan (ILUP).
