We are looking for a commercial property manager or leasing executive to join our client’s business in their SA headquarters. This is a key role within the property department of a diverse and exciting organisation.
About the Role
You will be responsible for commercial leasing activities associated with some key sectors of the company’s sites as well as forming part of the property team managing and leasing a large commercial property portfolio.
Commercial Property Manager/Lease Administrator
- Varied role working with skilled property professionals
- 6 month contract starting in 1-2 weeks
- Friendly and supportive work environment in the CBD
Are you between roles or finishing one soon? We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years’ experience in a commercial property management or lease administration role to enable you to hit the ground running.
About the Role
Working within a high profile organisation, we are seeking an experienced property professional to manage a regional portfolio of commercial and residential properties. This role encompasses both property management and lease administration duties.
