Oaklands Park Renewal Project

Renewal SA is inviting expressions of interest in renewing social housing and developing new affordable and market-priced housing in the suburb of Oaklands Park, South Australia.

The redevelopment aims to rejuvenate the project area at no cost to government, building on the existing amenity of the area and providing a diversity of well-designed and integrated new housing with good access to community services and facilities.

Expressions of Interest must be submitted by 4.00 pm (Adelaide time) Wednesday, 4 October 2017.
