NT Deemed to Comply Manual

The NT Deemed to Comply Manual (DTCM) is referenced in the Building Code of Australia, Volume 2, Part 3.10.1 as an acceptable construction manual for high wind areas.

The Manual contains products or systems which have been assessed for structural adequacy for cyclonic wind loads and approved by the NT Building Advisory Committee (BAC).

 Applications for new inclusions in this manual are time-consuming to process and superseded by most manufacturers having their own comprehensive specifications for products available nowadays.

 The decision to phase out the manual over a period of three years has been made. The sheets will remain available online, with watermarking to show they are expired.
