Nominations for the 2015 Retail Property of the Year Awards close July 1
The Property Council of Australia’s Queensland Retail Property of the Year Awards are currently open for nominations until 1 July 2015.
In 2015, awards will be presented in four categories:
- The Excellence in Design Awards; acknowledging retail properties and precincts that demonstrate outstanding and creative design, material selection, social interface and innovation.
- The Excellence in Marketing Awards; recognising innovative events and campaigns that deliver outstanding results for the retail property or precinct and the community.
- The Excellence in Presentation Awards; presented to the property or precinct that shows an exceptional commitment to the highest standards of maintenance, cleaning and customer experience.
- The Excellence in Food Retailing; awards acknowledge food retail properties and precincts that have demonstrated outstanding design, tenant mix and innovation while exhibiting a return on investment for the retail property or precinct. In 2015 the Excellence in Food Retailing Award will be presented in the categories of Food Courts and Café/Restaurant Precinct.
Registrations are also now open for the Retail Property of the Year Awards Gala Dinner on Friday 4 September at which each of the awards will be announced.
The event will once again be held in Brisbane City Hall and is sure to be fantastic celebration of very best in retail properties and precincts in Queensland.
