New retirement living electives rolled outThe Property Council Academy rolled out the first Village Management Elective courses in Sydney last week, with the first elective being Aged Care. Home care expert Glenys Webby from Blue Care developed and delivered the Aged Care elective, drawing on her significant experience in this space and spoke in depth about reform drivers, policy direction, current expectations, supporting residents needs with creative service solutions and business impacts for retirement living operators.
