New Retirement Census report to launch

Investors will soon be able to purchase a report with highlights from the 2017 PwC/Property Council Retirement Census.

The Retirement Census is the most comprehensive aggregated data source about retirement villages in Australia and profiles the physical characteristics of villages, ownership details, business attributes, and resident profiles.

This new data-rich page report has been especially curated for sector investors and will be an invaluable resource for those looking for a deep dive into the growing retirement living industry.

In November 2017, the Property Council launched the fourth Retirement Census with leading advisory firm, PwC. A short Snapshot Report of key findings is available online.
