New Opposition Leader and line-up

Luke Foley is the State’s new Opposition Leader following the resignation of John Robertson prior to Christmas.

Before being elevated, Mr Foley served in roles including Shadow Minister for Planning, where the Property Council engaged with him.

Jodi McKay is the new Shadow Planning Minister. She served as the Member for Newcastle and as a Minister in the former Labor Government.  

She was a known advocate for the renewal of Newcastle’s CBD – which the current Government is accelerating and is a signature advocacy priority for the Property Council.

She is now running as Labor’s candidate in Strathfield – but been appointed to Shadow Cabinet prior to the election.
