   1. 5 Years

       

2. What’s your core focus?

   Quality boutique residential property developments. We pride ourselves on delivering stunning developments that fuse location with lifestyle.

    

3. What are some of the major projects your company has been involved in recently?

   Medium density residential 2 storey walk up apartments: Fusion (13 multiple dwellings Joondanna), The Terrace (6 terrace style townhouses Mt Hawthorn), Breeze (6 multiple dwellings Scarborough)

    

4. Why did you join the Property Council of Australia (WA)?

   To learn, be involved at industry level, attend events, meet more people in the industry.

    

5. How many people are employed by your organisation?

   3 employees, 20+ contractors

    

6. How did the name of your company come about?

   Pulse Property Solutions is the development management arm of our family owned group of companies.  It’s the engine room, pumping life and energy into each project we deliver. 

    

7. Does your organisation have a workforce diversity policy? Would you like to showcase an initiative?

   We predominately contract rather than employ.

    

8. What’s something most people probably don’t realise about your company?

          The idea to start Pulse Property Solutions came about during a derby match (Dockers won of course) and a few drinks
