Ross Coulter left the practice in 1997 and in 2001 Libby Guj and Andrew Rogerson were appointed as Directors.  Scott McConn who had previously worked for JCY for a number of years, returned and was appointed a Director in 2010.

In 2014 Libby Guj stepped down as a Director to commence the role of Design Principal for JCY and in 2015 founding Directors Paul Jones & Richard Young both retired with Ian Hart being promoted from Associate to Director to join Andrew & Scott.  At the same time, Glenn Russell, Paul Steed and Will Thomson were each promoted from Associate to Principal.
