Nerida Conisbee to deliver Keynote at Apartments & Cities Conference

The Property Council has secured experienced economist and highly sought-after property commentator Nerida Conisbee to deliver the Keynote address at the Apartments and Cities Conference (formerly the Multi-unit Development Conference).

Nerida will kick off the program by exploring the apartment market and where it is heading in the next 12-18 months.

Nerida will look at how the residential market in Perth is performing right now and what the demand drivers are.

She’ll also give her perspective on some of the industry’s big questions such as:

Who is looking to buy new apartments in Perth?  What drives choice of development? What are some of the barriers? What do buyers look for when choosing a developer?
