National Koala listing review

The Federal Government recently called for public comment on increasing protections on the Koala under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act). If successful, it would see the Koala move from ‘vulnerable’ to ‘endangered’, and have serious ramifications for the development industry, particularly in SEQ.

The Property Council has provided a submission to the Federal Government on the review.
