The Management Team of MRS Property are delighted to advise of three new appointments.

James Knight joined MRS Property as a client side consultant Project Manager in February 2018.  With over eight years of experience working in the construction industry and a background in construction cost management, James has been involved in a wide range of projects for a variety of clients.  James has worked for both private and public clients on projects including retail and bulky goods, office buildings and fitouts, healthcare and aged care, multistorey residential, education, land development, industrial and multistorey carparks.  His qualifications include a Bachelor of Construction Management and Economics, a Graduate Certificate in Project Management and a Master of Property.

Sam Tucker joined MRS Property as Senior Consultant – Advisory & Consultancy in March 2018.  Sam commenced his career in valuations, working with various firms locally and internationally (London) before joining Knight Frank Valuations (SA) in Adelaide as a commercial valuer in 2009.  Initially involved in a broad range of valuation and consultancy assignments for mortgage security, property settlement, taxation, pre-purchase and pre-sale requirements, Sam transitioned into the health, aged care, retirement village and child care sector.  Over the past seven years Sam has developed into an acknowledged and trusted specialist in this market sector. 

At MRS Sam acts across a broader range of market sectors, bringing his expertise and diligence to benefit the firm’s clients on a diverse range of property issues.  

Daniel Robinson joined Harmony Property Syndication, part of MRS Property, as Investment Manager in March 2018, with responsibility for all aspects of the ongoing performance of existing syndicates. 

Prior to joining Harmony, Daniel had nine years property industry experience as a commercial valuer, undertaking a range of portfolio, commercial, industrial, retail, depreciated replacement cost valuations and rental reviews.  Daniel also has extensive experience in education facilities, child care centres and service stations.

Acting as Investment Manager, Daniel is involved in the management of various Harmony syndicates ensuring investors returns are enhanced wherever possible.  The role also sees him involved in assisting in the research on suitable acquisition opportunities.
