MRS Property New Appointment – Steve Hamblin

MRS Property are delighted to announce the appointment of Steve Hamblin in the newly created Chief Financial Officer position.  

Steve commenced his role as Chief Financial Officer at MRS Property in November 2016.  He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) degree and has been a member of Chartered Accountants – Australia and New Zealand since 2008.

After completing his University studies in 2005, Steve joined Ferrier Hodgson and successfully completed a Graduate Program as an Insolvency Accountant. 

In 2007 he moved to a role within the Residential Property Valuation industry taking on a Management Accounting position with Valuation Exchange and Megaw & Hogg National Valuers.  In 2008 Steve was appointed as the Finance Manager where he worked until 2011.

Subsequently Steve moved to take up the role of Financial Controller with Strata Data, where he oversaw the Accounts Department and all of the Financial Reporting and Accounting Services for over 1,400 Strata Corporations and approximately 15,000 individual clients.

Steve has gained extensive experience within the Property Industry and has a passion for facilitating great outcomes through the provision of quality financial information. 

Steve will form an integral part of the team and will assist MRS Property in successfully implementing its Strategic Business Plan, including its future growth, and taking MRS to the next level.
