“Mr. Brisbane”

In the third episode of the Property Council’s podcast, ‘The Property Puzzle,‘ Sara Cecchi, Project Implementation Manager for SHAPE Australia and moderator of the series, speaks to “Mr. Brisbane” – Noel Robinson, Founder and Managing Director of the NRA Collaborative.   

An exceptional architect with over 45 years of experience, Noel is referred to as “Mr Brisbane” throughout the episode, as he provides listeners with his thoughts on Brisbane’s latest projects, the importance of taking risks in your career and the future of the industry. 

Noel is currently responsible for the delivery of Brisbane’s tallest building. Brisbane Sky Tower surpasses surrounding skyscrapers, reaching 90 storeys and containing 11 apartments. Among his accomplishments, Noel was able to gain planning approval in only one month and the project is now four months ahead of schedule. 

Noel’s success story spans several continents and decades. The episode explores his life from high school days to present, and these “nuggets of gold” provide listeners with industry tips and unique career advice. 

‘The Property Puzzle’ has been developed by the Property Council’s Future Directions committee. The first season explores the ‘success piece’ as industry leaders detail what success means to them and how they have achieved it.
