Morphettville Neighbourhood Renewal Project Display Homes

Renewal SA is inviting expressions of interest in the purchase of land and building of display homes for the Morphettville Neighbourhood Renewal Project in southern Adelaide.

Display homes are being built at Morphettville to drive consumer interest in visitation to the project area to view display housing and potentially create sales for both the project and the participating builders.

Renewal SA seeks submissions from private sector builders to purchase one of five land parcels of two to three allotments each on which to construct display homes. Following purchase of the land from Renewal SA, the successful proponent(s) will need to obtain development approval, construct and manage the display homes to open over a minimum period of two years.

Expressions of Interest must be submitted by 4.00 pm (Adelaide time) Friday 15 September 2017.
