‘Mind the Gap’ Report To Be Released Monday

The Property Council of Australia’s major research project on the issues surrounding infrastructure provisioning in Western Australia is to be released at an industry briefing on Monday, November 3.

The report, entitled Mind the Gap: The Costs of Infrastructure Provisioning Framework examines how the improvement of the planning, prioritisation and delivery of infrastructure maximises the return for infrastructure investments.

The research reveals the impact that the current framework has on the property sector and the State more broadly.
