Mercedes Benz Site Tour

The Property Council’s sold-out Future Directions Site Tour kicked off on Tuesday 25 June, at the newly developed Mercedes Benz lifestyle precinct.

As well as boasting the largest Mercedes Benz dealership in Australia, the site extends itself into a lifestyle destination, featuring leisure, entertainment and hospitality services.

Andrew Cutter, General Manager Property Development – LSH Group and Nick Quince, Operational Director and CFO – LSH Group, spoke to the Mercedes brand and the exceptional opportunities presented by this new development. Keen to embrace the site as a lifestyle precinct, Andrew and Nick explained the fantastic dining and entertainment options that have been built on the site.

Matthew Caswell, Managing Director – Cottee Parker Architects, provided a fascinating overview of the development and reasons behind the architectural choices. 

Before attendees undertook the site tour, Ed Johnson, Associate Director – Urbis joined the speakers on stage to participate in a panel discussion, which was moderated by Sarah Scruby, Senior Development Manager – Racing Queensland and Chair of the Future Directions Committee.
