Mentor a Future Property Leader 

Following the successful launch of the 2016 WA Future Leader Mentoring Program, the Future Directions committee invites you to participate as a mentor to the next generation of property leaders.

The program kicks off in August and runs for approximately 15 weeks, concluding at the annual Future Directions Christmas party and awards night.

The program consists of at least 4 face to face meetings during the mentoring program with 1 including work experience, this could be work shadowing, site tours or accompanying you to Property Council committee meetings etc.

The rest is up to you!  You can meet as often as you like, depending on the relationship you build with your mentee.

Mentees are final year university students and recent graduates.
