Our new houses are passively designed to make use of natural airflows and solar orientation, to decrease the need for artificial heating and cooling.

All of our houses are built to achieve a minimum six-star EER. Where possible, we build to silver status under the Livable Housing Design Guidelines and we seek UDIA EnviroDevelopment six-leaf accreditation for our freestanding houses.
