We welcome Johnstaff to the growing list of Property Council members in WA. In learning about what Johnstaff do, they told us they have been delivering customised professional management services for over 30 years across Australia, (5 years in WA), New Zealand and selected international markets. Their goal is simple: to help businesses and government agencies achieve the best solutions for their business or infrastructure investment needs.
Johnstafff’s Project Management, Advisory, Cost Management and Construction Service teams are working with their clients to get the right results for urban spaces, transport, health, education and facilities of the future. In the past five years, they have delivered projects and infrastructure worth more than $33 billion. Their approach is to collaborate with clients to think first about the business imperatives and the best way to achieve them before jumping to technical solutions. Johnstaff provide a wide range of services – from initial feasibility studies to implementation and operation – to deliver those outcomes in improving service delivery or achieving cost savings.
Johnstaff emphasised their approach is to “think outside the square and use data analysis and other investigative methods to find solutions that will work.”
