Member moves and news

Since our last member moves and news piece a fortnight ago, there has been another avalanche of property industry changes to bring you up to speed with.

New members

We extend a warm welcome to our newest members of the Property Council in WA who have joined us recently. These include:

Auto Clamp WA

CODE Group

Commercial Realty

Sentinel – Global Build To Rent operator with the first BTR project in WA

Tian An Australia

We look forward to engaging with you through our advocacy efforts and industry events that bring the property sector together to represent common interests and achieve shared goals.

New member spotlight – Lark Industries

We also welcome Lark Industries to the Property Council fold in WA. Lark Industries is a family owned and operated Australian business and one of the leading suppliers of multi-generational play and exercised equipment nationally. Ashley Walker, Senior Business Development Manager – WA & SA for Lark Industries told Member Moves and News:

“Our aim is to build long term relationships with our customers and we pride ourselves on providing timely play and exercise space design services, client focused business practices and best-in-class after sales customer service.

We boast a wide range of specialised products including seniors exercise and interactive play equipment and offer the freedom to either tailor an existing product to your specific requirements or to develop an entirely new and unique solution for a certain site or project.

We are excited to be a part of this strong, connected network and we look forward to collaborating with our industry peers to deliver multi-generational play and exercise solutions and inclusive community spaces for all West Australians.

Property titans combine to create Hesperia

Property leaders Adrian Fini and Ben Lisle have confirmed the new launch of the aptly named Hesperia – a merger between Fini Group and Linc Property. Although Fini Group and Linc have been working together for some time, the formal merger is a major step forward in their collaborative efforts. Spanning a range of property sectors, Hesperia – meaning ‘Western Land’ in Ancient Greek – will continue to oversee developments in the residential and industrial sectors. The West Australian reported that Kyle Jeavons, Rowan Clarke and Industrial & Infrastructure Committee member Judd Dyer would join Mr Fini and Mr Lisle in Hesperia’s senior management ranks.

Keeping with the industrial scene, Tom Oosterhof has been appointed the new CEO of family-owned investment company Eastcourt. Tom moves into the role after leading Eastcourt’s Asset Management side, while his father Michael Oosterhof will take on a new role as Executive Chairman. Congratulations Tom and Michael!
