- What are your core business activities?
Provision of client-side Project and Development Management Services across the Office, Retail, Accommodation, Education, Hospitality, Community and Leisure property sectors.
- What attracted you to the Property Council?
The opportunity to further expose the APG brand, meet industry professionals and identify their needs now, and into the future. To be able to network across the various levels identified by the PCA at targeted events and seminars, and to offer our team tailored training modules and formal further education pathways.
- What are the issues of importance to your company that the Property Council can work with you on?
We believe by partnering with the PCA we can achieve greater brand recognition throughout the industry and expand our contact base. Like any good partnership, we think this could be best achieved by learning more about each other, making sure the PCA is aware of our objectives and to help us make the most of our membership. We also believe that the Future Directions events provide important opportunities for our young team and we are driven by developing our people professionally at all levels.
- What do you see as the biggest opportunity for the NSW property industry in the next 12 months?
To seize upon the opportunities opening as a result of the significant infrastructure developments in and around the Greater Sydney Metropolitan area.
- What do you see as the biggest challenge for the NSW property industry in the next 12 months?
The availability of well trained, experienced property professionals.
