Meet Our New Member – Archile Projects

 

What are your core business activities?
Archile Projects is a privately owned Development and Project Management consultancy firm, specialising in the retail, commercial, industrial and infrastructure sectors. Whilst Archile Projects is a boutique firm, it has delivered projects up to $200M. It is independent from architectural, quantity surveying, engineering and construction companies. Archile Projects provides a full range of project services including Project Management, Development Management, Asset Management, Tenancy Coordination and Superintendency to its Clients and ensures that all Projects have a dedicated Company Director who will remain on the project from beginning to end.

What attracted you to the Property Council?
With the focus of Archile Projects being delivering projects for Developers, it is often challenging staying up to date with the latest news and events in the Property Industry. Being part of the Council helps us stay connected with the wider property community.

What are the issues of importance to your company that the Property Council can work with you on?
Advocate and deliver policy outcomes that reduce beurocracy and red tape that allows Owners and Developers to get on with business and deliver places that better communities.  

What do you see as the biggest opportunity for the NSW property industry in the next 12 months?
The large investment in infrastructure and transport networks across NSW has opened up new and exciting opportunities for Developers to invest in new growth areas.

What do you see as the biggest challenge for the NSW property industry in the next 12 months?
Maintaining momentum in the planning and development space to best address the opportunities brought about by the NSW infrastructure spend and planning changes in a softening market where funding conditions appear to be worsening.
