Lynch Meyer Lawyers is pleased to announce the expansion of its property team with the appointment of a new Special Counsel, Nicola Healey.  This adds further to the depth of the property practice with specialist expertise in leasing law.

Nicola has extensive experience as a commercial property lawyer, in both Australia and the UK, specialising in commercial, industrial and retail leasing.  Throughout her career, Nicola has been responsible for the leasing aspects of a number of significant property developments.

Nicola’s experience includes drafting and negotiating leases and licences for office, industrial, retail, shopping centre and rural properties for private and public sector clients.
