Logan Infrastructure Charges Estimator Tool

Logan City Council has this week launched a new infrastructure charges estimator built into their existing online mapping tool.

The Infrastructure Charges Estimate tool provides an online report of infrastructure charges applicable to a proposed development and existing use of a selected property.

Similar to Logan’s Environmental Offset Estimator tool, introduced late last year, the new program enables users to gain a site-specific, development-specific estimate of infrastructure charges including any applicable credits.

Council will now be able to use this estimator to expand their RiskSmart program to cover preparing infrastructure charges notices.
