LEGISLATION UPDATE: INFRASTRUCTURE CREDITS AND VALUATIONS

The description of infrastructure credits has been amended in the Statutory Valuation Procedures and Practices under the Land Valuation Act 2010.

This amendment aims to assist in ensuring that the application of infrastructure credits is consistently applied to valuations under the Land Valuation Act 2010.

Previously, infrastructure credits were not incorporated into the valuation methodology. Now, under Section 8.3.4 of the current Act, documented infrastructure credits will be considered.
