Leading Women in Property Breakfast: Personal Leadership

The Property Council’s latest Leading Women in Property breakfast – Unlocking The Potential of Personal Leadership – was yet another sell-out.

Belinda Brosnan, Managing Director – HR Junction, provided an exceptional keynote presentation speaking about her transition (or leap of faith) from corporate life to owning her own business, and shared her knowledge with the audience about breaking down barriers, the need to be self-aware, playing to your strengths, and not missing out on opportunities.

Following the presentation, Geoff Warren, Regional Director, Investor Services – CBRE, Dr Kirstin Ferguson, Non-Executive Director – SCA Property Group, joined Belinda for a panel discussion moderated by Erin Feros, Partner – Allens.

The panel discussed a range of topics including workplace change and flexibility, developing a personal brand, evaluating perceptions, and the changing demographic in the work place.

Following the breakfast, Belinda Brosnan shared her three key tips for personal leadership.
