Leaders Inspiring Mentees
A panel of senior mentor spent yesterday afternoon answering mentee questions on career highlights, leadership development and gender diversity.
Four mentors from the 2015 Women in Property Mentoring Program formed the panel and shared their personal insights around the highs and lows of their career progressions, the search for authentic leadership and their views on maximising you potential.
The panellist included:
- Ann Manifis, Director, Head of Retail WA, Property and Asset Management, JLL
- Su Groome, General Manager, Property Assets, Access Housing
- Brett Wilkins, Director, Real Estate Advisory Services, EY
- Malcolm Reed, Regional Manager, Scentre Group
The official mentoring program closes in November 2015, however, the strong bond between mentor and mentee indicates that these relationships will continue long after the closing cocktail party.
