The project features a breakthrough design, accommodating up to six adults across three units on a single 2m2 block.
It adopts an innovative housing model centred around shared social space, and sustainable living to meet the needs of Generation Y, our next generation of home owners.
The project will revolutionise the way developers use small lots to create residential housing.
Sustainable, higher density housing fits in with the State Government’s Planning Strategy.
