Kilgariff Estate hosts Open Day to celebrate next stage of development 

Kilgariff Estate will be hosting a free Open Day for the public on the 15 July 2017 from 9am – 1pm at the Estate off Harris Avenue, Alice Springs.

The Kilgariff Estate Open Day celebrates the new land release for Stage 1B, with Titles issued last month.

The success of Stage 1A of Kilgariff Estate has been attributed to the changing needs of new home buyers in the property market with Kilgariff offering a quiet estate lifestyle at an affordable price with land starting at $160,000.

The Kilgariff Estate Open Day will showcase stalls from local builders Exact Homes, Patrick Homes and TR Homes and welcomes finance providers and brokers from ANZ, Commonwealth, Westpac, NAB and Territory Loans.

There will be a free sausage sizzle, jumping castle, face painting and giveaways for the kids as well as a Live Broadcast by SunFM.
