James Phelan makes the move back to CBRE to take on position as Associate Director – Office Leasing

James Phelan has moved on from Savills back to CBRE to take on the role as Associate Director – Office Leasing in the Advisory & Transaction Services Office department.

James joined CBRE Dublin in 2009 and relocated to the Perth office in 2011 until 2015. James has now returned to commence a role in the Advisory and Transaction Services Office department focusing on the Perth CBD and Fringe markets.

James has experience in all facets of property advisory and has been specialising in the leasing of office space in the Perth CBD and Fringe markets since 2016. In the last 12 months he has personally transacted for institutional and private clients such as Brookfield, Far East Organisation, Investa, Hawaiian & BGC.  

James is also an active member of the WA Property Council’s Facilities & Asset Management Committee.
